Element Midstream LLC (“Element”) was founded in in April 2020 and is based in Denver, Colorado.
Element supports U.S. energy independence by partnering with U.S. producers to help them excel in their basin of operations. Element is focused on acquisitions, consolidation and optimization across North America. Midstream service offerings will include central production facilities; natural gas gathering, compression, processing, and treating; crude oil and water gathering; product transportation and downstream marketing.
Element’s CEO Brian Peters has a proven track record of successful transactions and returns to investors, as well as deep experience in all aspects of midstream operations. The management team is dedicated to creating a CULTURE OF EXCELLENCE fortified by continuous improvement and leadership development through adherence to our core values. Our management team collectively has more than 65 years of industry experience.
